Can I view products before ordering?
Yes. Eden recommends viewings wherever possible and displays a range of steam showers and shower cabins at its premises in Chobham, Surrey.
Do the shower cabins require tiling?
The free-standing cabins feature obscured rear panels and require assembly and connection to prepared services; tiling behind the shower is not necessary.
What water pressure is required?
Standard Oslo and Larvik cabin models require at least 0.5 bar. Steam and monsoon models generally require at least 1.5 bar water pressure.
Are prices fully inclusive?
Eden states that its product prices include VAT and delivery to most UK locations. Free delivery does not apply to the Highlands and Islands.
What warranty is included?
Own-brand steam showers carry a standard two-year parts warranty, while Larvik and Oslo shower cabins carry a five-year parts warranty, subject to Eden's terms.
